At Chosen & Called, each item is made to order especially for you. Because of this, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:

Incorrect size ordered by the customer

Change of mind

Buyer’s remorse

Incorrect color selected by the customer

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

If approved, we’ll gladly provide a replacement or refund at no additional cost.

Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of purchase. Once production has started, orders cannot be canceled because every item is custom made.

Refunds

Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Processing times vary depending on your bank or credit card provider.

Shipping

Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address entered at checkout.
